Ozzie and I met Aynslie at a home she was holding open in Mckinney, TX. We stopped because the home had been the residence of some very good friends of ours about ten years ago. Aynslie invited us in to view the home - even though she was ready to close it up for the day. We told her that the home was beautiful - but much larger than we were looking for. She did not rush us out of the house. Instead she asked what we were looking for in a home. We are in our early 70's and downsizing and told Aynslie the must haves - the neighborhood type, amount of Bedrooms with ensuite baths, garages, everything. Aynslie called us about three days later with a list of homes to show to us.
The first day Aynslie showed up with a clip board and pen for our use -- with photos and listing information on each home, and paper to take notes on each home and give it a grade . Sometimes when you are looking at more than a few homes - you can get confused and not remember which home had the large pantry and which home had the gorgeous kitchen. Ozzie and I have bought and sold 16 + homes to live in as well as 10 + homes that we have bought as rental properties. In all of these transactions, Aynslie is the first to show up with a clip board for our use. We were impressed.
Aynslie really listened to what we were looking for and did not waste time showing properties that were not going to suit our needs.
Aynslie worked with us for several months - and never gave up on us. She was convinced that we would find a home. She worked very hard looking for properties that we would consider. Ozzie and I can both be very particular on what we want and she never tried to talk us into a property that had less than we wanted.
We did find a home with Aynslie that we absolutely love.
Ozzie and I would give anyone we know looking for real estate, a referral to Aynslie.
